人の苦しみの8割は他人のことである。

冷静に考えてみると、あなたは苦労する必要がないことに気付くかもしれない。

あなたの悩みは本当にあなたのことなのか考えてみよう。

もし、悩みの対象の相手がいなくなったら、あなたの悩みもなくなるのか。

それなら、それはあなたの悩みではない。

例えば、相手が不機嫌でもあなたには関係ないこと。

あの人が不機嫌だから嫌だというのは、あなたの悩みではない。

この基本に気付くと悩みは激減する。
