それは逆境の中にあって、私が「したくないことはしない」というやり方で通してきたことだ。一見傲慢なようだが、反対だ。「やりたいことをやる」という人々のまねはとうていできないから、「せめてやりたくないことはやらない」という最低の防衛線を考えたにすぎない
